ISDM's Staff Investigative Specialist is an executive level Law Enforcement Officer with over 25 years of investigative experience. Fluent in English and Spanish he is also a multiply certified Security Management professional with expertise in: training, investigations, loss prevention, threat and vulnerability assessments, negotiations and crisis management. He is a graduate of the Federal Bureau of Investigation Academy in Quantico Virginia as well as the North Virginia Criminal Justice Academy . He has been the Country Security Manager for a major Oil and Gas consortium in Venezuela and the close-protection specialist for the President of Haiti.

ISDM's Staff Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (ATFP) Specialist is a 20-year US Army Special Forces veteran with a background in intelligence, engineering and demolitions. He is a graduate of the US Army Corps of Engineers Protective Designs and Blast Effects Estimation course in Baghdad (2003), where he was a senior ATFP advisor to the staff of CJTF-7 (LTG Sanchez), and the Coalition Provisional Authority, (Ambassador Bremer). He has served as an ATFP advisor to the Department of Homeland Security. He speaks Russian, German, French and Serbo-Croatian and has a current Top Secret/Special Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance. He is recognized as one of the foremost experts in the ATFP arena.

ISDM's Staff Close Protection Specialist has 30 years of Law Enforcement and Security experience, (23 with the US Secret Service as Special-Agent-in-Charge of criminal investigations including fraud, forgery and counterfeiting.) He was a member of four different US Presidents' personal protection details. Bilingual in English and Spanish he is a graduate of the Federal Law Enforcement Training center in Glynco Georgia , Criminal Investigator School and the US Marshal Training course.

ISDM's Staff Kidnap and Ransom (K&R) Resolution Specialist is a retired US Army Colonel combat veteran. He is recognized as one of foremost experts in the K&R industry. In the past 10 years, he has participated as a principle advisor to victim's families in the successful resolution of over 70 Kidnap and Ransom cases in Latin America . Additionally, he has significant security experience and expertise in aviation, mining and power sectors operating in high threat areas of Latin America.
