Company Executives
James V. Earl is the CEO of ISDM. A 21-year veteran of the U.S. Army's elite Ranger and Special Forces units, he is a combat-experienced retired Sergeant Major. An expert at performing in dangerous and difficult environments he has led successful high-risk operations of national importance throughout the world including Southwest Asia, Africa, Eastern Europe and Latin America. For the last five years he has managed national and regional security operations for Fortune 500 companies' multi-billion dollar operations in Latin America and the Middle-East, including Afghanistan and Iraq. He is fluent in Spanish and Farsi and has a bachelor's degree in management from the University of New York, Regents College. He is a member of the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS).

William J. Earl is the President of ISDM. A retired U.S. Navy Commander and carrier-based attack pilot, he has flown numerous foreign and domestic tactical jets. A Southwest Asia combat veteran, he has a bachelor' degree in economics from the University of Colorado Boulder and a master's in management from Webster University, St. Louis. He is a graduate of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center specializing in Aviation Anti-Terrorism. As an experienced commercial pilot, he is type-rated in the Boeing 737, 747, 757, and 767 aircraft. Most recently he has served as the Deputy and Acting Country Security Manager for a Fortune 500 company with multi-billion dollar contracts in Iraq. The security management team for this company was termed "the best contractor security management team in Iraq" by the Coalition Provisional Authority Inspector General. He is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) with the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS).

Melson J. Kahue is the Vice President of ISDM. He is a 28-year retired U.S. Army Colonel and combat veteran of Vietnam having served in Infantry, Ranger, and Aviation units. A Senior Army Aviator he flew OH-58, UH-1, and CH-47 combat sorties in Southeast Asia. He was a Comptroller on the Army Staff at the Pentagon and Executive Officer to the Auditor General. A Security Assistance Management graduate he provided Security Assistance to 17 countries in the Pacific. He was Director of Command Center Operations for U.S. Pacific Command and culminated his military career as the Director of Resource Management of the U.S. Army Missile Command. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and a Master's Degree in Business. He was selected to the Army War College and completed numerous military schools to include the Armed Forces Staff College.
